2026 DCC Kids Zone Registration

To begin your registration, please agree to the waiver and release information below and click, "Sign-Up!":

I, the parent/guardian, hereby represent that I am 18 years or older and that I am authorized to grant permission on behalf of the participant(s) under my guardianship. I agree to assume full responsibility for the acts, negligence, or omissions of said participant. 

By registering for this program, I hereby give permission for medical professionals to provide emergency services to my child(ren) if necessary and agree to hold debra of America, staff, and their volunteers harmless of any said illness, injury, or disease. 

I understand that participation in conference activities is voluntary and agree to assume responsibility for myself and my child(ren) while attending. I voluntarily assume these risks on behalf of myself and my child(ren) and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, agree to release, waive, and hold harmless debra of America, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, contractors, sponsors, exhibitors, vendors, speakers, and the conference venue from any claims or liabilities arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

By registering for this program, I further understand and agree that myself and my child(ren) will abide by the general rules of conduct and that violations may result in denial of future privileges and removal from the program activities. 

I understand and agree that it is the responsibility to read and adhere to all guidelines and age restrictions. I understand and agree that all children who are under the age of 6 must be accompanied by an adult caregiver at all times.  In the event the age guidelines are not followed, a parent or guardian will be called to accompany the child immediately. 

I grant and convey to debra of America all right, title, and interests in any photographs, images, video, or audio recordings of me, my likeness, and my child(ren) and/or minors under my care made by debra of America in connection with my attendance at the debra Care Conference.

The Kids Zone has toys and activities for all youth, from infants up. This is a drop-in play space with multi-rooms and various activities through-out. We adhere strictly to our supervision policy. These policies are enforced to ensure your child’s safety and well-being at the conference. 

Children under 6 years old must be accompanied by an adult caregiver at all times. An adult caregiver must be over the age of 18 years old. No child under 6 years old may be left in a Kids Zone without a guardian; siblings under 18 years old do not apply.

6 years old and older: Youth may be dropped-off and picked-up by their guardian/adult caregivers, or you may give them permission to sign themselves both in-and-out on the sign-up form (this includes teens for the Teen Lounge).

All youth entering and exiting the designated space have a sign-in/sign-out, regardless of age, each time they enter/exit.

Additional details:

Bathrooms are located in close proximity to the Kids Zone. Children may be escorted to the bathroom by a monitor. No child will be personally assisted in the bathroom. If your child is 6 years old or older and needs assistance in the bathroom, debra of America's Kids Zone Staff will call you for you to come and assist your child.

Arts & crafts, board games, toys, movies, video games and rotating live entertainment are just part of the fun throughout the conference. The Kids Zone is staffed by debra of America team members and volunteers. Light snacks and juice boxes may be provided. The Kids Zone is open during general session, however closes during meal times.
