The University of Minnesota in conjunction with the Epidermolysis Bullosa Clinical Research Consortium is looking for participants to complete a short anonymous on-line survey.
This project will help to discover how often children with EB successfully transition to adult care providers, and to identify barriers to transition.
You can participate if you are an adult (18 years or older), or a parent of a child with any form of EB.
The survey will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.
